Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were nice and clean, but the heater didn't work properly. The service was friendly overall, but there was an attempt to charge me for a bed sheet. The location was convenient, but it didn't feel very safe at night. The dining experience was better than expected. The facilities were decent, but not exceptional.
I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were colorful and nicely decorated with clean and comfortable beds, plus a great view from large windows. The location was convenient, close to the Bill Graham Auditorium, and surrounded by many stores and restaurants. However, the early morning loud music was a bit of a downside. Overall, a cute and comfortable place to stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had some issues like boogers on the wall and a strange smell, but they were fixed promptly, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The service was decent, with helpful staff but some missing items. The location in the Tenderloin area could be uncomfortable due to the presence of homeless people, though it was convenient for city access. The dining options were limited, but the price was fair.
