My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were nice and clean, but the heater didn't work properly. The service was friendly overall, but there was an attempt to charge me for a bed sheet. The location was convenient, but it didn't feel very safe at night. The dining experience was better than expected. The facilities were decent, but not exceptional.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were colorful and nicely decorated with clean and comfortable beds, plus a great view from large windows. The location was convenient, close to the Bill Graham Auditorium, and surrounded by many stores and restaurants. However, the early morning loud music was a bit of a downside. Overall, a cute and comfortable place to stay.
